Mel Ramsay Kills Puppies

Witnesses around the area have told reporters that an unidentified person, believed to be Mel Ramsay, was seen torturing new born puppies shortly after killing their mothers.  Authorities are encouraging people to keep their pets (and children) inside with the doors locked until Mel Ramsay has been confirmed to have left the area.  We have included a video of such horrible incidents below.

Oh, on a related note.  That video has nothing to do with the article and other sources report that Mel Ramsay doesn't kill puppies and may not have even been in the area
