Racism and Sharks?

This is a short clip from a longer video I made in 2018. While analyzing shark bite data I encountered accusations that bite incident numbers are actually higher than what gets reported due to a global conspiracy by shark huggers to hide the facts. Looking further into I ended up finding evidence that I believe to be contrary to that claim...even in apartheid-era South Africa the deaths of black people (who they didn't even bother to identify with names) were still recorded.
