Tree bad, cow good

As I biked past the fields of invasive plants that had burned to ash I kept thinking of the claim I read yesterday that "cattle prevent encroaching trees and shrubs which are a fire fuel threat." Yes, the California Cattle Council actually funded a study with that claim. So I pulled over to film the fire-resistant trees still standing while surrounded by the ashes of the annual, fire-fuel plants BROUGHT TO CALIFORNIA BY ANIMAL AGRICULTURE. The people who put us in this mess in the first place now want all of California's native, fire-resistant plants replaced with more cow grazing fields. Just remember everyone (caveman voice) "Cow good, tree bad". #californiacattlecouncil #fire #wildfire #animalagriculture #california #fire #lies
